Russ M. Nazrisho

Russ M. Nazrisho is the founder and managing partner of Nazrisho & Associates, P.C. His practice covers a broad range of complex commercial litigations in such areas as business and contracts, construction, securities and antitrust, commercial, real estate and insurance. Mr. Nazrisho maintains a diverse real estate and corporate transactional practice focused on the acquisition, development and preservation of commercial and residential real estate, the representation of lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions, loan workouts and foreclosures, architectural and construction agreements, and the representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations.

He often advises international individual and business clients in their cross-border transactions. He has primarily represented clients from the former Soviet Union and Asia. He has experience on projects in oil and gas industry, including project financing and acquisitions. He also has experience working with clients to bring professionals to the United States on immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including EB-5 investor visa program.

Currently, Mr. Nazrisho serves as pro bono counsel to many business and community associations.

Mr. Nazrisho holds a J.D. from the New York Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from Long Island University. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
